Distance Doula
Interested in doula support, but unsure what your hospital’s policies might be in this ever changing time? We are now offering a distance doula package. This includes:
• 2 In-person (or virtual) prenatal meetings
• Birth plan consultation
• Unlimited text and call support before, during and after labor, with the option of in-home labor support prior to hospital transfer.
• In-person (or virtual) Postpartum visit
The package is $400 and has the option to add on in-person birth support ($350), should the policies change. While we fully believe that in-person birth support is ideal, we understand that this isn’t always possible so we are trying our best to provide support for the families of Birmingham.
